WHAT THE WORKSHOP CHECKS

What we check before recommending the items

Front-of-house, retail and service areas may require different items. Their uses, formats, replacement cycle and the premises' constraints help define the project as a whole.

01

The premises and uses

The front-of-house, retail and service areas, surfaces and handling frequency provide the framework for the project.

02

The formats and replacement cycle

Dimensions, quantities, variations and replacement cycles are checked for each item.

03

The constraints and files

Cleaning, moisture, temperature or exposure, along with any available logo, photographs and dimensions, are considered before a solution is recommended.

FROM REQUIREMENT TO SOLUTION

Three steps to define your Horeca project

  1. 01

You describe the establishment and its areas

Tell us about the front-of-house, retail or service areas, the items, quantities and deadline.

  2. 02

    We assess the possible items

The workshop examines the surfaces, formats, files, operating constraints and replacement requirements.

  3. 03

    You receive initial guidance

An initial response sets out any missing information and the next steps before quoting and production.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions — Horeca & food businesses

Can you customise clothing for a Horeca team?

Yes. T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts and other blank garments shown in the textile collection can be assessed according to the sizes, quantities and branding areas.

Are the labels suitable for all food packaging?

The material must be selected according to the packaging, temperature, moisture and intended use. No food or technical compatibility is assumed without assessing the requirement.

Can signage be prepared for an opening or one-off event?

Yes. State the date, surfaces and duration of use so the workshop can assess suitable temporary items.

What information do I need to provide to get started?

State the areas involved, items, dimensions, quantities, deadline and any cleaning, moisture or exposure constraints. Add your logo and photographs of the premises if available.

Can textiles, window graphics, labels and signage be combined in one request?

Yes. List the items, areas, formats and quantities so the workshop can check each element and the consistency of the whole project.

Do you produce one-offs or small runs?

Both can be assessed. State the quantity and replacement frequency so that we can recommend a suitable solution.

Can an urgent request be considered?

An express service can be considered subject to feasibility, quantities and files. State the deadline from the outset.

Can you adapt the same identity to several areas?

Yes, files can be adapted to different formats once the content and constraints of each area have been approved.
