We can supply a suitable blank style or assess your own polo shirt provided it is new, has never been worn and has never been washed.

A POLO SHIRT SUITED TO YOUR USE

The choice of polo shirt matters as much as the artwork. Piqué or jersey fabric, cut, weight, composition, colour and conditions of use affect comfort, drape and the overall appearance. The collar, button placket, seams and any pockets also determine which areas are genuinely available for branding.

We will help you choose a style suited to your team, event or professional use and organise the sizes and colours before production.

THE RIGHT BRANDING IN THE RIGHT PLACE

Depending on the fabric and required result, we can use coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. Each solution has a different feel and appearance.

The chest, back and certain sleeve areas can be considered, but the branding must stay clear of the placket, buttons, thick seams and pocket edges. We therefore check the polo shirt and file before production to adapt the artwork dimensions and placement.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can I order a single custom polo shirt or a small run?

Yes. Every project can be assessed, from a one-off to a small run, according to the polo shirt, artwork, technique and required lead time.

Which polo shirt styles can you supply?

Depending on the available ranges, we can assess different colours, cuts, compositions and short- or long-sleeved styles. Describe the intended use, preferred style and sizes so that we can guide your choice. Availability is confirmed when quoting.

Can I supply my own polo shirts, and how should I wash them afterwards?

Contact us before bringing it in. The polo shirt must be new, never worn and never washed so that its material and construction can be checked. After customisation, follow the garment label and the workshop's care instructions for the selected branding.

Where can branding be placed on a polo shirt?

The chest, back and certain sleeve areas can be considered. Final placement depends on the button placket, seams, any pockets, the artwork dimensions and the chosen technique.

Which customisation techniques do you use for polo shirts?

Can each polo shirt have a different name, role or number?

Yes, this customisation can be assessed. Supply a clear list matching each name, role or number to the correct size so that feasibility and the quote can be checked.

What is the lead time for custom polo shirts?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the style, quantity and technique.

Which files should I provide, and do you accept AI-generated images?

For a logo or text, use a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file where possible. A good-resolution PNG or JPG can also be examined. An AI-generated image can be used as a starting point, but it must be checked: imprecise details, false text and other defects may require adaptation before production. You must hold the necessary rights to the artwork supplied.
