PowerPrint assesses the geometry, level of detail, colour, quantity, intended use and surface before production in its Luxembourg workshop. Transfer film can be included when the alignment of elements must be retained.

A CLEAN CUT STARTS WITH A SUITABLE OUTLINE

The file geometry must remain usable at final size. Very fine lines, angles, small spaces and isolated shapes can become difficult to cut or handle when the artwork is reduced. A vector file is preferable, but the best available file can be examined to determine the preparation required.

The workshop checks the outline and identifies any simplifications or corrections to approve. The feasibility of a complex logo therefore depends on its actual dimensions and level of detail; exact reproduction at every size cannot be promised.

DIMENSIONS, VARIATIONS AND SURFACE MUST BE IDENTIFIED

The same shape can be requested in several dimensions, colours or quantities. Each version must be clearly named to maintain the correct match between the file, size and number of copies. When several elements must remain aligned, transfer film can be assessed and confirmed in the proposal.

Also specify the surface and conditions of use. This information helps assess whether the project is consistent but does not promise adhesion to every material, universal resistance or a fixed lifespan.

Can you cut a complex logo?

Yes, after checking. The final size, fine lines, small spaces and isolated parts determine what can be cut cleanly. Simplification may be proposed and must be approved before production.

Can you prepare several sizes or shapes?

Yes. State each dimension, colour and shape with the corresponding quantity, using clearly named files. Every variation is checked so the quote can be prepared and the correct version produced.

Is transfer film always included?

No. It can be included when the project requires the alignment of several elements to be retained. The workshop examines the outline, dimensions and intended use, then confirms its inclusion in the proposal.

Which file should I provide for cut vinyl?

A vector file is preferable for text, a logo or a shape. Send the best file available in any case. The workshop checks the outline, details, dimensions and preparation required before cutting.

What is the difference between cut vinyl and a custom sticker?

How is the intended surface taken into account?

Describe the material, condition and shape of the surface and the conditions of use, then add a photograph and dimensions of the area if possible. This information allows the project to be assessed; it does not guarantee adhesion to every surface or universal durability.

What lead time should I allow for cut vinyl?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the geometry, dimensions, quantity, variations, file preparation and workshop workload.

Can I submit a drawing or AI-generated image?

These materials can provide a reference, but they do not automatically form a cut-ready outline. Outlines, false text, inconsistent details and missing areas must be checked. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for every reference supplied.
