Custom workwear for a sole trader, team, workshop or business. PowerPrint customises garments in its Luxembourg workshop, from one-offs to small runs. We assess the activity, conditions of use, styles and required visibility, and can supply a blank garment or examine your own provided it is new, has never been worn and has never been washed.

WORKWEAR SUITED TO YOUR ACTIVITY

A work jacket, gilet, sweatshirt, polo shirt or T-shirt should not be selected by colour alone. The cut, material, weight, pockets, fastenings, seams, reinforced areas and washing frequency affect its use and the areas genuinely available for customisation.

We will help you organise the styles, sizes and colours for the stated activity. For any technical, high-visibility or purportedly protective garment, its specifications and compatibility with the branding must be checked before production; customisation is not a certification and does not add any level of protection.

VISIBLE BRANDING POSITIONED WITHOUT INTERFERING WITH USE

Depending on the fabric and required result, we can use coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. Each solution has a different feel and appearance.

The chest, back and certain sleeve areas can be considered, but the branding must stay clear of fastenings, pockets, thick seams, reinforced areas, reflective strips and other functional elements. We therefore check the garment and file before production to adapt the artwork dimensions and placement.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can I order a single custom workwear item or a small run?

Yes. Every project can be assessed, from a one-off to a small run, for a sole trader or a team, according to the garment, artwork, technique and required lead time.

Which workwear garments can you supply?

Depending on the available ranges, we can assess jackets, gilets, sweatshirts, polo shirts, T-shirts and other workwear in different styles, sizes and colours. Describe the activity and conditions of use so that we can guide your choice. Availability and style specifications are confirmed when quoting.

Can I supply my own workwear, and how should I wash it afterwards?

Contact us before bringing them in. The garments must be new, never worn and never washed so that their material, construction and branding areas can be checked. After customisation, follow the garment label and the workshop's care instructions for the selected branding.

Where can branding be placed on workwear?

The chest, back and certain sleeve areas can be considered. Final placement depends on pockets, fastenings, seams, reinforced areas, reflective strips, artwork dimensions and the chosen technique. No functional element should be covered without first being checked.

Which customisation techniques do you use for workwear?

Depending on the garment and required appearance, we can assess coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can each garment have a different name, role or number?

Yes, this customisation can be assessed. Supply a clear list matching each name, role or number to the correct garment and size so that feasibility and the quote can be checked.

What is the lead time for custom workwear?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the style, quantity and technique.

Which files should I provide, and do you accept AI-generated images?

For a logo or text, use a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file where possible. A good-resolution PNG or JPG can also be examined. An AI-generated image can be used as a starting point, but it must be checked: imprecise details, false text and other defects may require adaptation before production. You must hold the necessary rights to the artwork supplied.
