For a team, event, association, keepsake or simply as a treat for yourself, PowerPrint customises T-shirts in its Luxembourg workshop. We can supply blank garments, including organic cotton options, and advise you on the cut, material and branding.

The right garment for your project

We offer several cuts, colours and materials, including organic cotton T-shirts. You can also supply your own garment provided it is new, has never been washed and is compatible with the chosen branding. Its composition is checked before confirmation.

Choose the finish that suits you

  • Flex / HTV: ideal for logos, text and crisp blocks of colour. Available in many colours, as well as 3D, holographic and other special finishes.
  • Flock: a thicker, soft and slightly raised finish.
  • Printed transfer: suited to photographs, gradients and multicolour artwork. This technique may, however, wear more quickly than HTV.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Your questions — Custom T-shirts

Can I order a single custom T-shirt?

Yes. We produce both one-off items and small runs for a gift, keepsake, hen or stag party, association, event or team.

Do you supply blank T-shirts?

Yes. We offer several cuts, colours, fabric weights and materials, including organic cotton options. We can advise you according to the appearance required and your budget.

Can I supply my own T-shirt?

Yes, provided it is new, has never been washed and is compatible with the branding technique. We check its composition before confirming feasibility.

Can you print a photograph or multicolour artwork?

Yes, using a printed transfer. It can reproduce photographs, gradients and detailed artwork. We do point out, however, that it may deteriorate more quickly than HTV branding.

Can each T-shirt have a different name or number?

Yes. Each garment can have a first name, number or other individual detail. Simply send us the list of sizes and customisations.

What is the lead time for my custom T-shirts?

The usual lead time is approximately 10 to 14 days. Express packages within 72 hours or 24 hours are possible depending on garment availability, quantity, the file and technical feasibility.

Is my file or AI-generated image print-ready?

Not necessarily. We check the resolution, outlines, colours and any errors generated by AI. If artwork preparation is required, we will let you know before carrying it out. This work is quoted at €50 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

How should I wash a custom T-shirt?

Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing and wash it at 30 °C. Avoid tumble drying and never iron directly over the branding.
