STICKER & CUT-GRAPHICS SOLUTIONS

Choose the right page for your project

Sticker, label, lettering, cut shape or stencil: each page explains the use, dimensions, surface and materials the workshop will check before production.

WHAT THE WORKSHOP CHECKS

What we check before production

The same shape is not prepared in the same way for packaging, graphics without a background, a creative cut-out or a stencil. The surface, exposure, format and cut line all affect the solution.

The surface and conditions of use

The destination surface, exposure and required duration are specified so a solution suited to the stated use can be assessed.

The dimensions and variations

The final size, quantity, colours and any versions must be detailed so each variation can be prepared and quoted.

The file and outline

The cut line, fine details, legibility and geometry are checked. Transfer film or stencil bridges may be required depending on the project.

Durability depends on the surface, exposure and conditions of use. No universal resistance, fixed outdoor lifetime, adhesion to every surface or guaranteed reuse can be promised.

FROM ARTWORK TO PRODUCTION

Three steps to define your stickers or cut graphics

  1. You describe the surface and intended use

State the surface, dimensions, quantity, variations and required conditions of use.

  2. We check the file and cut

The workshop examines the artwork, outline, legibility, fine details and any technical adaptations that may be required.

  3. You receive initial guidance

You receive a first response within 1 working hour; the quote and lead time are confirmed after the substrate, file and quantities have been checked.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions — Stickers, labels & cut graphics

How do I choose between a sticker, label, lettering, cut-out and stencil?

The Stickers page covers custom formats and shapes. The Labels page covers products, packaging and organisation in particular. Adhesive lettering retains only the text or logo, without a printed background, using transfer film. Vinyl cutting covers text, logos and shapes. Creative cut-outs are assessed for decoration, events, models and creative work. A stencil reproduces text, a logo or a design after the cut line has been adapted.

Can stickers have a custom shape?

Yes. The cut can follow the outline of artwork when it is sufficiently clear and technically feasible. The final size and level of detail are checked before production.

Are there substrates suitable for outdoor use?

Substrates suited to water or outdoor use may be offered depending on the surface and exposure. The exact use must be stated in the request. No universal resistance or fixed outdoor lifetime can be guaranteed.

Which file should I provide?

A vector file is preferable for a logo, lettering or cut line. However, send the best file available. A clear drawing can be a starting point for a creative cut-out. The workshop checks the outline, legibility, dimensions and required preparation.

What lead time should I allow?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the surface, dimensions, quantity, variations, file preparation and workshop workload.

Does lettering have a background, and what is the transfer film for?

Lettering has no printed background: the elements are cut from vinyl. Transfer film keeps the text or logo aligned during application. It can also be used for a vinyl cut when the project requires the positions of the elements to be retained.

Why do some logos need to be adapted for a stencil?

Internal shapes must remain connected to the stencil. Bridges may therefore be required to retain every part of the design. The level of detail and final size are checked before cutting.

Can a stencil be reused?

This depends on the material, application method and care. State the surface, method and intended number of uses; reuse cannot be guaranteed without this check.

Let’s discuss the graphic or shape you need

State the surface, dimensions, quantity and intended use, and attach the available logo, text, design or cut line. The workshop will check the substrate, outline and details before confirming the solution.
