Can you create items for a seasonal collection?

Yes: team garments, external stickers and labels, window lettering and decoration, and service signs or pictograms. Each item is checked for its surface and remains outside food-contact use.

Can you customise an existing pastry box?

Yes, with a sticker or label on the outside, once the surface and dimensions have been checked. We do not make the box and assume no food-contact suitability.

Can you produce a one-off item for an event?

Yes, depending on the item and feasibility. State the date and constraints in your initial request.

What information is required for a pastry-shop project?

Can several pastry-shop items be included in one request?

Yes, several documented items from this page can be included in one request. List the dimensions, quantities, versions, uses and dates for each one separately. Feasibility is still checked item by item before quoting.

Do the files need to be production-ready for a pastry-shop project?

No, not for an initial assessment. Send the most usable logo, graphic, sketch, photograph or file you have. The workshop will identify any adaptations required before production. You must hold the necessary rights to all trademarks, works, images, people and files supplied.

What lead time should a pastry shop allow?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of all required elements. The exact schedule depends on the items, dimensions, quantities, versions, files and workshop workload.

Can an urgent pastry-shop request be assessed?

An express option within 24 h or 72 h can be assessed only according to feasibility, the items, dimensions, quantities, files and workshop availability. State the firm deadline in your first message; no express lead time is guaranteed before confirmation.
