Custom bags and tote bags for a shop, event, association, team or corporate gift. PowerPrint customises your items in its Luxembourg workshop, from one-offs to small runs. We can supply a suitable blank style or assess your own bag provided it is new, has never been used and has never been washed.

A BAG SUITED TO YOUR USE

A tote bag for a shop, event or everyday use should not be selected by colour alone. Its format, material, fabric weight, shape, handle length and any gussets, pockets or fastenings affect its use and the surface genuinely available for branding.

We will help you select a style suited to your project and define the quantity, colours and number of sides to customise before production.

THE RIGHT BRANDING IN THE RIGHT AREA

Depending on the item and required result, we can use coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. Each solution has a different feel and appearance.

One or both sides can be considered, but the artwork must remain on a flat area suitable for pressing and clear of handles, seams, folds, pockets, fastenings and other thick areas. We therefore check the bag and file before production to adapt the branding dimensions and placement.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can I order a single custom bag or a small run?

Yes. Every project can be assessed, from a one-off to a small run, according to the bag, artwork, technique and required lead time.

Which bag and tote bag styles can you supply?

Depending on the available ranges, we can assess different formats, colours, materials, fabric weights and handle lengths. Describe the intended use, useful format and quantities so that we can guide your choice. Availability is confirmed when quoting.

Can I supply my own bags, and how should I care for them afterwards?

Contact us before bringing in any item. The bag must be new, never used and never washed so that its material and construction can be checked. If possible, send a photograph, its composition and dimensions. After customisation, follow the bag's care label and the workshop's instructions for the selected branding.

Can both sides be customised, and where can the branding be placed?

One or both sides can be considered. Final placement depends on the available flat surface, handles, seams, folds, any pockets or fastenings, artwork dimensions and the chosen technique.

Which customisation techniques do you use for bags?

Depending on the bag and required appearance, we can assess coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can each bag have a different first name, text or number?

Yes, this customisation can be assessed. Supply a clear list matching each first name, text or number to the corresponding quantity so that feasibility and the quote can be checked.

What is the lead time for custom bags?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the style, quantity and technique.

Which files should I provide, and do you accept AI-generated images?

For a logo or text, use a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file where possible. A good-resolution PNG or JPG can also be examined. An AI-generated image can be used as a starting point, but it must be checked: imprecise details, false text and other defects may require adaptation before production. You must hold the necessary rights to the artwork supplied.
