Event signage

Event signage that makes the welcome, routes, areas and brand messages clear during an event. PowerPrint assesses the date, location, times, plan, audiences, decision points, content and installation constraints before production in its Luxembourg workshop. Installation and removal are assessed only on request and subject to a quote.

DO YOU ALREADY HAVE THE PLAN, DATE AND CONTENT?

State the venue, dates and times, access, routes, each area, messages, dimensions, quantities and any partners. Add the plan, graphic files and a table matching each version to its position.

Request a quote

The event date and list of versions must be supplied in the first contact.

NEED ADVICE?

DO YOU STILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THE AREAS TO SIGNPOST?

Share the programme, available plan and expected route of guests, exhibitors or teams. We will help you identify the entrances, reception points, intersections, destinations and information to confirm before quoting.

Have my event assessed

A provisional plan and initial list of messages are enough to get started, provided you identify what may still change.

SIGNAGE DESIGNED FOR THE ACTUAL ROUTE

Guests, exhibitors, speakers and teams do not necessarily follow the same route. Access points, reception, checks, rooms, services and exits must be matched to the right audiences and times. The venue plan, times and programme identify where information is genuinely useful.

Number the areas and match each one to the message, arrow, available dimensions and quantity. For several days, sessions or audiences, specify what remains fixed and what changes. This organisation helps check the versions before production and prevents an item from being assigned to the wrong position.

PLAN THE DATE, VERSIONS AND INSTALLATION IN ADVANCE

The event date, venue access times and content-approval deadline determine the schedule. Partner logos, room names, times, arrows and other variations must be gathered in a single table. Any change after approval may require a new check of the file, cost and lead time.

The available surfaces, indoor or outdoor use, duration, access and venue rules must be stated before the items are confirmed. Installation and removal are not automatic; they can be assessed separately according to the times, address, permissions, quantities and working conditions.

Your questions — Event signage

What lead time should I allow for event signage?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required plan, content, measurements, files and installation information. State the date in your first contact. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the items, quantities, versions, any installation and workshop workload.

Can you manage several areas or routes within the same event?

Yes. List every entrance, reception area, intersection, destination and exit, then match it to its audience, message and position. A numbered plan and table of versions allow a consistent system to be assessed without confusing the routes.

Do I need the final plan of the venue to get started?

No. A provisional plan, programme, main access points and description of the flows may be enough for an initial assessment. Clearly identify any information that may still change. Final dimensions and positions must nevertheless be confirmed before production.

How should I organise partner logos, room names and other variations?

Prepare a table with an identifier for each item, its position, dimensions, quantity and corresponding text, arrows or logos. Use the same identifiers on the plan. Supply logos in their original files and have the spelling, allocation and usage rights approved before production.

Which graphic files should I provide?

For logos, pictograms and compositions, use a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS where possible. A good-resolution PNG or JPG can be examined. Avoid screenshots and supply the text in a copyable form. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for the brands, images and other content supplied.

Can you assess an indoor or outdoor installation?

Both contexts can be assessed. State the surfaces, exposure, duration, expected conditions, available dimensions and rules imposed by the venue. The material and installation method actually proposed are confirmed after assessment; no particular durability or compatibility is assumed.

Are installation and removal included?

They are not automatic. State the venue, dates, access slots, heights, permissions, quantities and dismantling constraints so that installation or removal may be included in the quote. Only services explicitly confirmed are included.

What happens if content changes after approval?

Immediately report any change to a name, time, logo, arrow, quantity or position. The workshop checks whether the file or production has already progressed and specifies any effect on cost and schedule. No late change can be assumed to have no consequences.
