TEXTILE SOLUTIONS

Choose the right item for your project

Each page explains the item, the available branding options and the points the workshop will check before customisation.

WHAT THE WORKSHOP CHECKS

What we check before customisation

The choice is not limited to a garment colour. The material, construction, branding area and planned variations all affect the solution.

The textile item and its use

The garment or bag type, material, cut or format, sizes, colours, quantity and conditions of use are considered together.

The branding and its placement

The file, dimensions, seams, pockets, fastenings and thick areas determine which placements are feasible.

Variations within the run

The breakdown by size or colour and any different names, roles or numbers must be specified before production.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

FROM REQUIREMENT TO CUSTOMISATION

Three steps to define your textile project

  1. You describe the intended use and item

Share the intended use, the item you have in mind and any materials you already have.

  2. We check the garment and artwork

The workshop examines compatible techniques, the branding dimensions and the constraints of the item.

  3. You receive initial guidance

You receive a first response within 1 working hour; the quote and schedule follow once the materials have been checked.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions — Custom textiles

Can I order a single item or a small run?

Yes. PowerPrint assesses requests for both one-off items and small runs. The model, availability, branding and lead time are confirmed before the project is approved.

What lead time should I allow for a textile project?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the item, quantity, number of variations and technique.

Can I supply my own garment or bag?

Yes, after inspection by the workshop. The item must be new, never worn or used and never washed. Its material, construction and condition must be suitable for the requested branding.

Can I combine several sizes or colours in one request?

Yes. Give the exact breakdown by size and colour so the workshop can check availability and prepare a consistent proposal.

Which customisation techniques do you use?

Depending on the textile and appearance required, PowerPrint can consider HTV or coloured flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. Embroidery and sublimation are not currently offered.

Where can the branding be placed?

The chest, back and some sleeves can be considered on a garment. One or both sides can be considered on a bag or tote bag. Final placement depends on seams, pockets, fastenings, handles, folds, thick areas, artwork dimensions and the chosen technique.

Can each textile item have a different name, role or number?

These variations can be considered. Before approval, provide a clear list matching each customisation to the correct size, colour and quantity.

Which files should I provide, and do you accept AI-generated images?

For a logo or text, a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file is preferable. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can also be examined. An AI-generated image can be used as a starting point, but imprecise details, false text and other defects may require adaptation. You must hold the necessary rights to the artwork supplied.

Let’s discuss what you want to achieve

Send us your idea, even if it is incomplete. The intended use, proposed item and deadline are enough to begin; the workshop will then tell you what information is needed.
