Custom T-shirts and sweatshirts for creating a coordinated set for a hen party, stag party or weekend with friends. PowerPrint assesses the garment, sizes, shared artwork and, if required, the first names, surnames, roles or dates specific to each item. Customisation is carried out in our Luxembourg workshop, from one-offs to small runs.

A COORDINATED SET FOR THE WHOLE GROUP

The garment type, cut, colour, season and size breakdown affect the group's comfort as much as the final appearance. A lightweight T-shirt and a warmer sweatshirt do not serve the same purpose, so the available ranges and lead times must be checked before approval.

We can organise a project with several sizes and assess different colours or styles provided the artwork remains consistent and the project feasible. A list matching each person to their garment and size reduces preparation errors.

SHARED ARTWORK, INDIVIDUAL DETAILS

The same artwork can be used on every item and, if required, completed with a different first name, surname, role, number or date. The dimensions and placements are checked on each garment type to avoid seams, pockets, fastenings and other unsuitable areas.

Depending on the textile and required result, we can assess coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. Each technique has a different feel and appearance.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can I order a single item or a small run?

Yes. Every project can be assessed, from a one-off to a small run, according to the garment, number of different customisations, technique and required lead time.

Can you supply the garments or customise the group's own items?

We can assess supplying T-shirts or sweatshirts from the available ranges. If you want to provide your own garments, contact us before buying or bringing them in: they must be new, never worn and never washed, and their material and construction must then be checked by the workshop.

Can each garment have a different first name, surname, role, number or date?

Yes, this customisation can be assessed. Supply a clear table matching each detail to the correct garment, size and, where necessary, colour. Spelling and the allocation must be approved before production.

What if not all the sizes are known yet?

First send an estimate of the group size. The assessment can begin on this basis, but the final breakdown must be confirmed before project approval and production.

Can you help if the artwork is not ready?

Send whatever you have: an idea, text, sketch or visual reference. The workshop will tell you what can be used, what needs adapting and which materials are still required before production.

Which techniques do you use, and where can the branding be placed?

Depending on the garment and required appearance, we can assess coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. The chest, back and certain sleeve areas can be considered according to the seams, pockets and fastenings. PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

What lead time should I allow for hen-party or stag-party garments?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the garment, quantity, number of different customisations and technique.

Which files should I provide, and do you accept AI-generated images?

For a logo or text, use a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS file where possible. A good-resolution PNG or JPG can also be examined. An AI-generated image can be used as a starting point, but it must be checked: imprecise details, false text and other defects may require adaptation before production. You must hold the necessary rights to the artwork supplied.
