Print solutions for joiners

Make the team and van identifiable, organise samples and storage, then give a fitted-interior concept physical form with a 3D model when this helps the client understand the project. PowerPrint assesses each item according to its use, reference, dimensions, quantities, files and deadlines.

HAVE YOU LISTED THE ITEMS AND PART TO ASSESS?

List the garments, target areas of the van, labels for samples or storage, and any 3D model. State the references, surfaces, dimensions, quantities, versions, model function and deadline; attach photographs, the logo, and a 3D file or dimensioned sketch.

Request a quote

The quote and schedule are confirmed only after the supplied items, files, quantities and constraints have been assessed.

NEED HELP DEFINING THE PROJECT?

DOES YOUR PROJECT COMBINE COMMUNICATION AND PROTOTYPING?

Describe the client discussion or stage of the site work to support: identifying the team, labelling samples or understanding a volume. The workshop distinguishes brand items from the 3D model; it produces neither joinery, safety jigs nor structural parts.

Have my project assessed

No choice of item, material, compatibility or method is assumed before the project is reviewed.

Our commitments

  • First response within 1 working hour
  • Workshop in Luxembourg
  • Typical lead time: 10–14 days · Express: 24/72 h, subject to feasibility
  • A direct point of contact for your project

IDENTIFY THE COMPANY, TEAMS AND ITEMS

The approved items support the joiner's craft without claiming to produce the joinery itself.

• 3D model of furniture, a fitted interior or a custom volume
• Labels for wood samples, colours, finishes or client references
• Workwear worn in the workshop and on site
• Targeted graphics on the doors, tailgate or other areas of a van
• Labels for bins, drawers, hardware and workshop storage

Every use, item and file is identified before assessment.

TEST A SHAPE BEFORE PRODUCING IT ANOTHER WAY

The 3D model is used to understand a volume or fitted interior; it is neither a finished item, safety template, structural part nor guide for a dangerous tool. Direct printing, engraving and machining of wood are not offered.

No garment is certified as PPE by PowerPrint, full wraps are excluded and installation is never included automatically.

Your questions — Print solutions for joiners

Which items do you customise for a joinery business?

We assess workwear, targeted van graphics, labels for samples and storage, and 3D models of furniture, fitted interiors or custom volumes.

Can I request a 3D part from a sketch?

Yes, a dimensioned sketch can be used for assessment. The required modelling and feasibility will be defined before any production.

Do you produce one-off prototypes?

Yes, a one-off prototype can be assessed, followed by a small batch if the result and intended use permit.

Can garments, signage and a prototype be included in one request?

Yes. Describe each item or part, its use, dimensions, quantity and deadline. Graphic production and 3D design work remain defined separately.

What information is required for a 3D fitted-interior model?

State what the model must make understandable, the dimensions of the final volume, the model's scale or size, priority faces and expected level of detail. Add a clearly identified 3D file or dimensioned sketch.

Does the prototype confirm that a part is suitable for its final use?

No. A prototype allows a shape or concept to be examined using the supplied information, but provides no certification or guarantee of strength, safety or technical suitability.

What lead time should be allowed for a model or items for a joinery business?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the references, dimensions, sketches or files, photographs and other required elements. The exact schedule depends on the model, labels, garments, graphics and quantities.

Can a fitted-interior model be assessed for express production?

An express option within 24 h or 72 h can be assessed only subject to feasibility, depending on the geometry, dimensions, file or sketch, required preparation and workshop availability. It is never guaranteed before confirmation.
