Print solutions for product designers

Make a decision tangible at the right stage of maturity: an initial volume from a sketch, prototype from a file, comparable variants, targeted graphics test or presentation board. PowerPrint assesses the useful deliverable according to the design question, dimensions, files, quantities, variants and deadlines.

DO YOU HAVE A FILE OR SPECIFICATION?

State the prototype's purpose, dimensions, quantity, level of finish, deadline and available 3D files, plans or references. Distinguish every item or area and attach any available photographs, plans, sketches, logos or files so that the workshop can identify missing information.

Request a quote

The quote and schedule are confirmed only after the supplied items, files, quantities and constraints have been assessed.

NEED HELP DEFINING THE PROJECT?

DOES YOUR STARTING POINT STILL NEED TO BE DEFINED?

Describe what needs to be evaluated: silhouette, scale, footprint, exploratory handling, colour, graphics or understanding of use. The workshop distinguishes between a non-functional model, presentation prototype, flat parts, graphics test and A3/A3+ board, without treating the result as an industrialised product.

Have my project assessed

No choice of item, material, compatibility or method is assumed before the project is reviewed.

Our commitments

  • First response within 1 working hour
  • Workshop in Luxembourg
  • Typical lead time: 10–14 days · Express: 24/72 h, subject to feasibility
  • A direct point of contact for your project

TEST THE SHAPE, SCALE AND HANDLING

Each approved item answers a specific design question.

• Non-functional handling or ergonomics model
• Flat cut parts for a shape model, visual template or footprint study
• Volumetric model or presentation prototype from a 3D file
• Initial prototype from a sketch, photographs and key dimensions
• A3 or A3+ board bringing together views, details, uses and variants

Graphics tests remain targeted stickers, labels, lettering or cut-outs on a documented surface.

MATCH THE PROTOTYPE TO THE PROJECT STAGE

A model or prototype is used to observe and decide; it is neither a final industrial product nor a production, structural, safety-related, regulated or certified part. No material, process, machine, accuracy, surface finish or performance is imposed before assessment.

Drone skins and vehicle-wrap kits are not generic product-wrapping services. Large series, complete assembly, integrated electronics and ready-to-sell products are excluded.

Your questions — Print solutions for product designers

Which types of prototype can you assess?

We assess volume models, presentation prototypes, shape parts and small batches according to the geometry, dimensions and use.

Can I combine a prototype with a targeted graphics test?

Yes. Stickers, labels, lettering or flat cut parts can be assessed for a known surface. No generic skin, repositioning, removal or surface behaviour is guaranteed.

Can you start from a file that is still in progress?

Yes, for an initial assessment. We will identify the corrections or information required before production begins.

How should the useful level of finish for the prototype be selected?

Describe the project stage, intended use of the model, priority faces and what needs to be observed. After assessment, the workshop will identify the feasible finish without assuming a particular material, strength or suitability.

Can several variants be produced for comparison?

Yes. Identify every version, its dimensions, quantity and purpose of the comparison. Files must be named unambiguously before production.

Is the prototype ready for industrialisation or production?

No. PowerPrint guarantees no industrialisation, production documentation, repeatability, final part, certification or suitability for series production. The deliverable remains a model or prototype assessed for the described decision stage.

What lead time should be allowed for a product-design decision model?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the dimensions, files, sketches, references and other required elements. The exact schedule depends on the maturity level, geometry, variants, graphics tests and presentation format.

Can a volume or graphics test be assessed for express production?

An express option within 24 h or 72 h can be assessed only subject to feasibility, depending on the model, flat parts or stickers, files, quantities, preparation and workshop availability. It is never guaranteed before confirmation.
