Print solutions for medical practices

Make the practice identifiable and the route clear from the entrance to the correct door, using signs, glazing, interior markers and team garments. PowerPrint assesses only non-clinical items, based on the stated uses, approved wording, dimensions, surfaces, quantities, files and deadlines.

HAVE YOU LISTED THE SPACES AND MESSAGES?

List the entrance, reception, waiting area and destinations requiring identification. For every sign, glazed area, door, marker or team garment, state the approved wording, dimensions, surface, quantity, versions and deadline; attach the plan, photographs and available identity files.

Request a quote

The quote and schedule are confirmed only after the supplied items, files, quantities and constraints have been assessed.

NEED HELP DEFINING THE PROJECT?

DOES YOUR SIGNAGE STILL NEED TO BE DEFINED?

Describe the actual route from the entrance to the destination, including permanent information and information that will change. The workshop can define the approved signs, glazing, markers and garments; any administrative, decorative, event or 3D item requires a separate, strictly non-clinical assessment.

Have my project assessed

MAKE PATIENT WELCOME AND WAYFINDING EASIER

The core project follows the visitors' actual route.

• External or entrance sign with approved information
• Name, logo, opening hours and practical information on a window or glazed door
• Door signs, pictograms and markers between reception, waiting and destination areas
• Polo shirts, T-shirts or workwear used only to identify the team

Every text, area, surface, dimension, quantity and version is checked before quoting.

ALIGN THE ITEMS WITH THE PRACTICE'S IDENTITY

The practice supplies and approves the names, opening hours, wording, translations and pictograms. PowerPrint checks their layout and production without approving medical, health, regulatory, accessibility or safety compliance.

Excluded are clinical or named-patient labels, medical devices and 3D objects, garments presented as medical coats or PPE, and any privacy, hygiene, fixing or installation performance not confirmed after assessment.

Your questions — Print solutions for medical practices

Which items do you produce for a medical practice?

We can assess signs, opening hours, window lettering, pictograms, interior signage and custom garments.

Can you use our existing visual identity?

Yes. Send your logo, colours and photographs of the premises; we will check their adaptation to the relevant formats and surfaces.

Can you work on one sign or several spaces?

Both can be assessed, from a single item to a coordinated set for several areas of the practice.

What information is required for medical-practice signage?

State the relevant spaces, wording already approved, available dimensions, surfaces, quantities and required date. Add the logo and clear photographs of the premises if available.

Who approves the wording and pictograms intended for patients?

The practice supplies and approves the wording, titles, translations and pictograms to be reproduced. PowerPrint assesses their layout and production without approving medical, regulatory or accessibility compliance.

Do you produce medical items, clinical labels or PPE?

No. This page covers non-clinical identification and wayfinding items. PowerPrint produces neither medical devices nor labels for medicines, samples or patients, and does not present any garment as a medical coat or protective equipment.

What lead time should be allowed for medical-practice signs and markers?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the approved wording, dimensions, photographs, files and other required elements. The exact schedule depends on the number of signs, glazed areas, markers and versions to prepare.

Can a medical-practice project be assessed for express production?

An express option within 24 h or 72 h can be assessed only subject to feasibility, depending on the relevant signs or markers, quantities, files and workshop availability. It is never guaranteed before confirmation.
