Print solutions for taxis and private-hire vehicles

Build a consistent professional presence around the journey: a vehicle identified in selected areas, a recognisable driver, clear passenger information and a well-presented welcome. PowerPrint assesses each vehicle, item, position, file, dimension, quantity and deadline without supplying or certifying regulatory taxi or private-hire signage.

HAVE YOU ALREADY IDENTIFIED THE VEHICLES OR AREAS TO EQUIP?

State the vehicle model, areas, dimensions, quantities and intended use. Add your logo, a photograph and the required deadline.

Request a quote

The quote is prepared after the supplied files, items, quantities and constraints have been checked.

NEED GUIDANCE?

UNSURE BETWEEN TARGETED GRAPHICS, SIGNAGE OR TEXTILES?

State which stage you want to improve — vehicle recognition, driver presentation, on-board information, passenger welcome or fleet management. The make, model, year, version, photographs, areas, interior surfaces, sizes, approved content, quantities and deadlines allow the request to be assessed.

Have my project assessed

You do not need to make any final technical choices to request an initial assessment.

CREATE A RECOGNISABLE PRESENCE

We assess approved items that serve a specific stage of the journey.

• Targeted self-adhesive kit for doors, wings or another defined area
• Polo shirts, T-shirts or workwear with targeted branding
• Information stickers or labels on an approved passenger-area surface
• Variants of a targeted kit adapted to each fleet model
• Welcome sign held by the driver when collecting a passenger
• Small passenger-information item positioned in an approved area

ADAPT EACH KIT TO THE VEHICLE

Each model, year, version, surface and area is checked separately. PowerPrint does not offer full wraps, regulatory taxi or private-hire signs, licences, official fares or numbers, installation by default, or safety- or driving-related 3D accessories.

Your questions — Print solutions for taxis and private-hire vehicles

Do you offer full wraps for taxis or private-hire vehicles?

No. We produce stickers, lettering and targeted kits for defined areas of the vehicle.

Can you adapt the same design for several cars?

Yes, once each model has been checked and the dimensions and cut-outs adapted where necessary.

Do you supply regulatory signs, licences or fares?

No. The operator supplies and approves the applicable content, requirements and positions. PowerPrint assesses only its technical use on the non-regulatory custom items described in the request.

What information should I provide to get started?

For each vehicle, state the make, model, year and version and provide photographs, areas, interior surfaces, dimensions and intended duration. Add garment sizes, approved content, quantities, deadline and installation requirement.

Which on-board items can you assess?

We can assess a label or small information item in a passenger area that does not obstruct vision, controls or equipment. The operator supplies and approves the content; no safety-related 3D accessory is offered.

Who must approve the supplied content, logos and files?

You must hold the necessary rights to the logos, images, text and files supplied. You also approve the content and wording to be reproduced. PowerPrint checks whether they can be used technically for the project without providing legal or regulatory approval.

What lead time should I allow for this project?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of all required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express service can be considered only subject to feasibility, the items, quantities, files and current schedule.

How should I identify several vehicles, areas or versions in one request?

Prepare a list for each vehicle, model, area or item of equipment with a short name, dimensions, quantity, associated file and deadline. Every configuration remains subject to a separate check.
