INTERIOR SIGNAGE · LUXEMBOURG

Interior signage

Interior signage to welcome, guide and identify spaces in an office, shop or professional premises. PowerPrint assesses the entrances, destinations, decision points, messages, viewing distances and surfaces before production in its Luxembourg workshop. A plan is useful, but photographs and a route description are enough to get started.

DO YOU ALREADY HAVE THE PLAN AND LIST OF MESSAGES?

State the entrances, destinations and decision points, then match each message to its position, dimensions and quantity. Add the plan or photographs, graphic files, mounting constraints, address and preferred date.

Request a quote

A numbered table linking the messages to the plan or photographs makes it easier to check the route.

NEED ADVICE?

DO YOU STILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THE DECISION POINTS?

Describe a visitor's route from the entrance to the main destinations and add photographs taken in the direction of travel. We will help you identify any missing information before defining the signs.

Have my spaces assessed

A plan is not compulsory to get started; ordered photographs and a route description may be enough.

GUIDE PEOPLE TO THE RIGHT PLACE WITHOUT OVERLOADING THEM

Useful interior signage follows visitors' actual route. The entrance, reception, intersections, changes of level and destinations are assessed separately so the right information appears when a decision must be made. Repeating every message everywhere can make the route less clear rather than simpler.

An annotated plan provides a good basis, but it can be replaced by a series of photographs taken in order along the route. Number the positions and match each one to the required text, arrow or identification. Identify restricted access, areas that must not be signposted and any constraints imposed by the premises.

CONSISTENT WAYFINDING THROUGHOUT THE SPACE

The formats, hierarchy, contrasts, pictograms and wording of destinations must remain consistent from one area to another. Your logo, brand guidelines and existing elements can provide a reference. Each text, number and arrow direction must nevertheless be matched to a precise position and approved before production.

The surfaces, mounting methods, height, access and number of elements are checked separately. The material and mounting method actually proposed are confirmed in the quote. If the project is subject to an accessibility or safety obligation or regulated guidelines, supply the applicable requirements: producing custom items does not constitute approval of the complete system.

Your questions — Interior signage

Can you harmonise signage across several spaces?

Yes. The complete list of areas, destinations, text, pictograms, dimensions and quantities allows a consistent system to be assessed. Match each element to a numbered position on the plan or photographs to maintain the correct hierarchy throughout the route.

Do I need a plan of the premises?

A plan is useful but not compulsory. Photographs taken from the entrance and at each decision point, accompanied by a route and destination description, may be enough to get started. The workshop will then specify any further views or measurements required.

How should I prepare the list of messages and arrows?

Create a table with an identifier for each position, the exact text, destination, arrow direction, available dimensions and quantity. Use the same identifier on the plan or photographs. Spelling, directions and consistent naming must be approved before production.

Can you use our logo or existing brand guidelines?

Yes, the supplied files can be assessed to harmonise the wayfinding elements. Use a vector PDF, SVG, AI or EPS for the logo and pictograms where possible; a good-resolution PNG or JPG can also be examined. You must hold the necessary rights and provide the brand-guideline rules to follow.

Which materials and mounting methods do you use indoors?

They depend on the surface, position, dimensions, duration, frequency of changes and required result. Send photographs and state the known nature of the walls, doors or other areas involved. Options actually available are confirmed in the quote; no material or mounting system is assumed.

Can installation be included?

Yes, it can be assessed subject to a quote according to the address, items, heights, access, permitted working hours and number of elements. It is included only if its scope is explicitly stated in the approved quote.

Can you guarantee compliance of accessibility or safety signage?

Custom production alone does not constitute regulatory approval. If accessibility or safety obligations or mandatory guidelines apply, supply the official text, pictograms, dimensions, positions and references to follow. These requirements must be identified before quoting.

What lead time should I allow for interior signage?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the plan or photographs, content, measurements, files and required mounting information. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the number of areas, items, quantity, any installation and workshop workload.
