We can supply blank garments, including organic cotton options, or assess your own garment provided it is new, has never been worn and has never been washed.

A SWEATSHIRT SUITED TO YOUR PROJECT

The choice of garment matters as much as the artwork. Crew-neck sweatshirt, hoodie or zipped style: the fabric weight affects warmth, drape and the overall appearance. The hood, zip, pockets and seams also determine which areas are genuinely available for branding.

We will help you choose a style suited to the intended use and position the artwork in a balanced way on the chest, back or a sleeve when the garment's construction allows it.

THE RIGHT BRANDING FOR THE RIGHT GARMENT

Depending on the fabric, the sweatshirt's thickness and the required result, we can use coloured HTV/flex, 3D or holographic flex, flock or a printed transfer. Each solution has a different feel and appearance.

Thick areas, seams, pocket edges and zips require particular care. We therefore check the garment and file before production to adapt the branding dimensions and placement.

PowerPrint does not currently offer embroidery or sublimation.

Can I order a single custom sweatshirt or a small run?

Yes. Customisation is available from a single item, as well as for runs intended for a team, association, event or business. For several sweatshirts, state the quantities for each model, colour and size so that we can check availability and recommend the most suitable branding solution.

Which blank sweatshirt styles can you supply?

We can offer crew-neck, hooded or zipped sweatshirts in different cuts, colours and weights, including organic cotton options. The choice depends on the required appearance, intended use, sizes needed and available stock. We will help you select a textile compatible with the required branding.

Can I supply my own sweatshirt, and how should I wash it afterwards?

Yes, provided the garment is new, has never been worn and has never been washed. Its composition, surface treatments and construction must be compatible with the chosen technique; we check these before production. After customisation, wash the sweatshirt inside out at 30 °C and avoid ironing directly over the branding.

Where can branding be placed on a sweatshirt or hoodie?

Branding can generally be placed on the chest, front, back or certain sleeve areas. The surface must be sufficiently flat, however: a zip divides the artwork, a hood can obscure the upper back, and pockets, seams or thick areas prevent even pressure. We therefore approve the placement and dimensions before production.

Which customisation techniques do you use for sweatshirts?

Depending on the artwork and textile, we use coloured HTV/flex, including 3D or holographic finishes, flock with a velvety appearance, or printed transfer for multicolour designs, gradients and certain images. We do not currently offer embroidery or sublimation for these sweatshirts.

Can each sweatshirt have a different name or number?

Yes. A single order can include different first names, surnames, numbers or other variable details. You need to supply a clear list matching each customisation to the correct size and garment. We also check the spelling, placement and format supplied before starting production.

What is the lead time for custom sweatshirts?

The normal lead time is generally 10 to 14 days after project approval and depends on textile availability. A paid 24 h or 72 h express service may be considered, but only after checking the quantity, stock, requested technique and workshop workload. Express service is confirmed only after a feasibility assessment.

Which files should I provide, and do you accept AI-generated images?

A vector PDF, SVG, EPS or AI file is preferable for logos and text. A high-resolution PNG image may be suitable if its resolution and dimensions are sufficient. AI-generated artwork is accepted, but it must be checked: small defects, imprecise outlines or overly fine details can prevent a clean print. If correction or artwork preparation is required, the graphic work is charged at €50 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
