The outline, legibility and different artwork versions are checked before quoting.

A STICKER DESIGNED FOR ITS SURFACE AND USE

A sticker intended for packaging, an object, an event or an exposed item is not prepared in the same way. The nature and condition of the surface, available dimensions, environment of use and required lifespan must be described before a solution is confirmed. A front-facing photograph helps identify the application area and any edges, raised areas or obstacles.

Performance depends on the substrate and actual application and exposure conditions. Universal resistance, a fixed outdoor lifespan or adhesion to every surface therefore cannot be promised without assessing the project.

AN OUTLINE AND ARTWORK THAT REMAIN LEGIBLE AT FINAL SIZE

The cut can follow a custom shape when the file's outline and level of detail allow it. Small elements, angles, spacing and legibility are assessed at final size, not only on screen. Send the original file or the best version available without enlarging it artificially.

For several sizes, colours or artworks, each version must be named clearly and matched to its quantity. The workshop checks the outline and specifies any adaptations required before production; no extensive graphic correction or exact reproduction of an inadequate file is assumed.

Can the cut follow the shape of my artwork?

Yes, a custom shape can be assessed. Feasibility depends on the outline, final size, spacing and level of detail. The workshop examines the file before production and states whether simplification or preparation is required.

Can I order several sizes or different artworks?

Yes. List each version with its dimensions and quantity, then name the files consistently. Variations are checked and quoted separately to prevent any ambiguity before production.

How do I know whether the sticker is suitable for my surface?

State the material, condition and shape of the surface, as well as the required conditions of use and exposure. If possible, add a photograph of the area. The workshop examines this information before confirming a solution; adhesion to every surface cannot be guaranteed.

Can a sticker be assessed for outdoor use or an exposed environment?

Solutions can be assessed according to the stated surface and exposure. In particular, specify the environment, required lifespan and known constraints. Feasibility is confirmed case by case, with no promise of universal resistance or a fixed outdoor lifespan.

Which file should I provide for a custom sticker?

Send the original file or the best version available. A vector file is preferable when the cut must follow a logo, text or shape precisely. The workshop checks the outline, resolution, legibility and dimensions before production.

Is the outline added or corrected automatically?

No. The available outline is examined and any required adaptations are identified before production. Simple preparation can be assessed, but graphic design, complex vectorisation or reconstruction of missing elements is not automatically included.

What lead time should I allow for custom stickers?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of the required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express option can be considered only subject to feasibility, the surface, dimensions, quantity, variations, file preparation and workshop workload.

Can I submit an AI-generated image, and which rights do I need to check?

An AI-generated image can provide a starting point, but it must be checked at final size: false text, irregular outlines, inconsistent details and insufficient resolution may prevent direct production. You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for every visual, brand, character, artwork or person depicted.
