Print solutions for transport and logistics operators

Bring visual order to a real logistics operation: vehicles, equipment, areas and teams follow a consistent system across targeted items. PowerPrint assesses the surfaces, uses, files, dimensions, versions, quantities and deadlines without providing regulatory compliance or a tracking system.

HAVE YOU ALREADY IDENTIFIED THE VEHICLES OR AREAS TO EQUIP?

List the sites, vehicles, areas or equipment, with dimensions, quantities, conditions of use and lead time. Attach your files and photographs.

Request a quote

The quote is prepared after the supplied files, items, quantities and constraints have been checked.

NEED GUIDANCE?

UNSURE BETWEEN TARGETED GRAPHICS, SIGNAGE OR TEXTILES?

Describe the priority task at the loading bay, warehouse or dispatch area and list the sites, vehicles, containers, equipment and teams. Photographs, models, surfaces, an approved naming system, dimensions, versions, quantities and deadlines allow the variants to be organised.

Have my project assessed

You do not need to make any final technical choices to request an initial assessment.

• Labels for bins, crates, document wallets and existing containers
• Targeted kits according to the make, model, year and version of each vehicle
• Lettering and cut shapes on approved bodywork areas
• Numbers or simple visual codes in non-regulatory areas
• Stickers for trolleys, roll cages, cabinets and equipment with a compatible surface

STANDARDISE THE VARIANTS

Sites, vehicles and equipment can follow a common system once each item has been checked. Exclusions include full wraps, ADR markings, regulatory plates or strips, certified safety signage, evacuation plans, guaranteed barcode scanning, tracking systems, sensitive vehicle areas and critical 3D parts.

Your questions — Print solutions for transport and logistics operators

Can you number equipment or vehicles?

Yes. Stickers, numbers, lettering and cut shapes can be produced in batches once the formats and areas have been approved.

Do you produce regulatory signage or ADR markings?

No. We can assess information or directional plates, markers and self-adhesive graphics using your approved content, but cannot certify safety signage, evacuation plans, ADR markings, orange plates or other mandatory items.

Do you guarantee barcode scanning or traceability?

No. A supplied graphic can be assessed for a defined item, but PowerPrint does not guarantee operational scanning, the compliance of a transport label or any tracking system.

What information should I provide to get started?

List the sites, vehicles, areas, containers, equipment and garments. For each one, state the surface, model, dimensions, approved naming system, versions, quantity, environment, deadline and installation requirement; attach photographs and files.

Can the same identification system be used across several sites?

Yes, based on a clear inventory of sites, areas, vehicles or equipment. Specify the codes, formats, quantities and constraints for each location so that identifiable versions can be prepared.

Who must approve the supplied content, logos and files?

You must hold the necessary rights to the logos, images, text and files supplied. You also approve the content and wording to be reproduced. PowerPrint checks whether they can be used technically for the project without providing legal or regulatory approval.

What lead time should I allow for this project?

The usual lead time is 10 to 14 days after project approval and receipt of all required materials. A 24 h or 72 h express service can be considered only subject to feasibility, the items, quantities, files and current schedule.

How should I identify several vehicles, areas or versions in one request?

Prepare a list for each vehicle, model, area or item of equipment with a short name, dimensions, quantity, associated file and deadline. Every configuration remains subject to a separate check.
